Scope
WWF Romania – Maramureș Branch invites interested and eligible service providers to submit an offer for the provision of alert system services within the framework of the COOP4SAFE project.
The assignment involves the development and implementation of an early warning system for bear presence in vulnerable areas, including real-time detection, image processing, alert generation, and integration with GIS platforms. Detailed requirements are outlined in the Terms of Reference.
